Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at Blomgren Ranch. The lists below include the different services available for your event.  We also have a list of Trusted Vendors to provide any additional services you could need to make your special day perfect.

Our wedding at Blomgren Ranch was everything that we had hoped and dreamed of. The employees were very easy to work with and I never felt like a burden asking questions leading up to the wedding. I loved that we could invite all of our friends and family to our special day because it is so spacious and I was able to bring my own decorations to make it unique to us! We look back at our wedding day and wish we could relive it over and over again! We could not say more great things about our experience with Blomgren Ranch and how thankful we are that they worked so hard to make our wedding day perfect for us.

INCLUDED SERVICES

All of our event bookings include the following services as part of the base event cost:

  • 7 hours for you to host guests

  • standard 60” round tables for amount of guests

  • folding rectangular tables

  • folding white or brown chairs

  • linens – color options (black, white, ivory)

  • bartenders - licensed and certified

  • ice for bar only

  • security staff - licensed and certified

  • self-parking

  • restrooms

  • post event clean-up

  • set-up of items provided by Blomgren Ranch staff

  • event insurance – accidental

  • site lighting

ADDITIONAL ONSITE UPGRADES

The following upgrades are available upon request - additional charges apply:

  • x-back chairs

  • farm tables

  • wood wine barrels

  • heaters

  • place settings - charger plate, dinner plate, salad plate, water goblet, champagne glass, fork, knife, cloth napkin

  • silverware

  • colored linens

  • table skirts

  • arbors / ceremony arch

  • cocktail tables

  • wood signs

  • loveseat for the sweetheart table

  • shepherd hooks

  • glass vases for candy bar

  • coffee bar service

The following upgrades are ONLY available through Blomgren Ranch - no outside vendors are allowed to provide these upgrades/services:

  • valet parking services

  • stage - band or DJ

  • wood dance floor

  • event tenting
